I dunno. I always get what I order. It's Popeyes, not a Michelin starred restaurant. Last night I got my usual 3 tenders and mashed meal. Outside of it being over $15 for a trio of chicken tenders... I have no complaints.
Super Bowl Day we were craving for some fried chicken sandwich, so we decided to stop here for a spicy Chicken sandwich meal; It Was sooooo tasty, fresh ,Perfect Temperature, enough amount. We decided to get mashed potato and also we added five pieces of chicken tenders to our order. It was packed because of the day and the hour but the cashiers were really doing a great job. It's very hard for the employees to be Smiley when there's a lot of people with hungry waiting for their food, but it was OK. We got Our food super quick Ambience: louder noise that regular
This location is a hit or miss depending on the time you are there and how crowded it is. Be sure to double check your bag before going home if you are doing take out. On more than one occasion they have gotten the items incorrect or had a missing item. This time everything was correct and the boneless wings are amazing! I love the garlic Parmesan dipping sauce. The biscuit was warm and fresh.
Based on the other reviews, maybe I caught them on a good day or at a slow hour. I ordered in store and had no problem with service or cleanliness. There was no line and staff was ready to serve. So much so, my order was on the counter before I'd even finished paying. I ate in store. There are about four or five tables. They were clean, the floors tidy and the garbage not full. I ordered a spicy two piece. So no side, no drink just a biscuit, breast and a wing. The wing was a bit questionable. It wasn't nearly spicy, and had a few dark spots on the joints. But the breast was spectacular. It must've been fresh from the fryer. It was thick, crisp and juicy. Cooked through and HOT. Like temperature wise. I could barely touch it. The flavor was there. The biscuit was standard Popeyes fare. I had a decent experience here. The service and the food (minus that wing!) were great.
The people inside must be new. Because on the left line we were on line for half an hour. So I finally got on the right line. And I was out in 5 minutes. The girl on the left line must've been new cause she was slower than molasses in the winter time. It's Super Bowl Sunday people wanted to get out to get to the game.
